We accept most forms of payment – all debit/cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal & HSA cards. If requested, a superbill can be created for you to send to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
No, we are able to provide the highest quality of care while still saving our patients money whether they have insurance or not. The insurance companies have cared more about profit than patient health and continue to dictate your care by allowing only a small window of services that they cover under your plan. That is why Total Medical & Wellness is proud to say we do not accept insurance, which allows you to get the quality of care you need at a far more affordable price. In most cases we can actually save you money. When requested, we can still provide a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Absolutely not. Our goal is to provide quality mobile care with convenience and affordability. Fees are never added on top of services. Whether it's for low testosterone or erectile dysfunction, tox treatments or weight loss, our provider will go over the costs related to the services. It is your choice on how you want to pay and what you are willing to pay for. No surprise medical bills! You always know what you are paying for, no copays, no coinsurance or deductibles.
If you have a medical condition, our provider can send a prescription electronically to your pharmacy or have it delivered to your home.
You can schedule an appointment for an initial consultation and have your blood drawn in-office by our nurse practitioner. Alternatively, we can send a lab order for you to get your blood work done at LabCorp, or we can arrange for our mobile phlebotomist to come to you!
You may have low testosterone if you have decreased sex drive, soft erections, loss of muscle mass and feel tired or foggy. We can confirm this with a simple blood test.
Absolutely Not! We know you're dedicated to your wellness journey, and we're here to support your success every step of the way. You can reach us anytime by phone, text, or email for any questions or concerns. We'll also stay in touch to monitor your progress and celebrate your weight loss milestones. Your time is valuable, and so are you. We're committed to making your wellness journey as smooth and personalized as possible.
Yes, absolutely! We operate by appointment only because we understand how valuable your time is. As a paying member, we ensure you won't be stuck waiting or left hoping for an opening. Your care is our priority. We're always just a phone call away for any questions, and we're committed to providing the personalized, timely service you deserve. We know walk-in clinics often aren't ideal, which is why we offer a concierge-style experience that values your time and delivers the care you need when you need it.
