What Your Membership Covers
Your $115/month is a direct, cash-based membership fee — it's not insurance and isn't billed to insurance. It covers your direct access to your provider: same-day and next-day appointments, longer visit times, a dedicated concierge coordinator, in-office procedures, and annual physicals.
What Your Insurance Still Covers
You keep your existing health insurance and use it exactly as you do today — for external labs, imaging, prescriptions, specialist referrals, and hospital care. Concierge membership is a layer of better access on top of your coverage, not a replacement for it.

No, the $115/month membership fee is a cash-based payment covering your direct access and extended provider time. However, your regular health insurance can still be used separately to cover external labs, imaging, and prescriptions.
No, hormone optimization (such as TRT) requires separate enrollment in our dedicated hormone therapy programs, as those involve specific specialized monitoring and medication protocols. However, primary care members do receive preferred pricing on our wellness services.
